Brief

Hello chummer and welcome to the fantastical world of Seattle Washington, a world of fantasy and cyberpunk. In a world ruled by corporations, street gangs, and brutal law enforcement your options in life are limited. Most cave and fall in line with the corps becoming wageslaves, stooges, working 50-60 hours a week, making just enough nuyen to live comfortably, paycheque-to-paycheque with the possibility of some vacation days every few years. Those that either can't or won't fall in line with the corp's way of doing things make their living any way they can, usually living in poverty and squalor. Some break free from society all together, seeking something different (if not better). These people we call Shadowrunners, criminal mercenaries who work in the shadows doing the jobs that no one else will (or can) do.

When a call comes in from your fixer that a "Mr. Johnson" wants to speak to you about acquiring some private information from a secure facility, it sounds like just another day on the job. But one thing you've learned from being a Shadowrunner is that there is always a catch, and things rarely run smoothly.

NOTE: As this is a system that most people on the server have not played before I will be making 8 pregen characters for you to choose from that follow 8 of the typical Shadowrun archetypes. Please note that if you've only played D&D 5e, Shadowrun is a very different system with different, and sometimes heavier, mechanics. I will be guiding players new to the system through the mechanics as we go so don't fret.
